During 27–28 November 2025, at the SCCM Representative Office in Hai Phong, the Crewing Department conducted a briefing session on the key contents of the Manila 2025 Seminar organized by the shipowner’s representatives. The partner aimed to ensure that the entire crewing supply system could fully grasp useful information for the operation of their fleet.

The session was attended and directed by Capt. Cao Xuan Hoan – General Director of SCCM, and Mr. Nguyễn Thụy Lưu – Head of the Crewing Department.

The seminar also welcomed the participation of Mr. Trần Việt Hùng – Head of the Representative Office of the DCKK in Hanoi.
