The course helps students understand the roles, tasks and methods of effective field management through tools such as Hourensou, 5W2H, PDCA. The content revolves around improving QCD management capacity, improving productivity, eliminating waste (5S, 5WHY, 7 types of waste), and increasing equipment efficiency.

After the course, the crew members have mastered practical management tools, understood how to organize and deploy work effectively, know how to identify and handle waste, and at the same time improve their leadership, guidance and motivation of employees at the scene.
