From April 23 to 24, in order to update new regulations as well as issues to note for seafarers on the fleet, FMS organized the annual Workshop for Manning supplying crew in Manila (Philippines) with the participation of nearly 60 Top4 Officers.

SCCM sent two trainers, Capt. Nguyen Ngoc Linh and CE. Tran Ngoc Huy, to attend the above Workshop.

The content focuses on the following issues:

1. Root cause Analysis

2. Injury and illness cases and Recurrence Prevention Measures

3. Maintenance Plan (Communication between SHIP & SI)

4. Engine Trouble shooting Cases and Solutions

5. Latest Regulation

6. Rust Removal and Painting Skill Improvement

7. Discussion

Through the workshop, SCCM trainers have acquired good knowledge and will deploy it to all seafarers to understand and implement as soon as possible.
