  • SCCM REVISES QUALITY POLICY, CONDUCTS COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM REVIEW FOLLOWING EXTERNAL AUDITS

    With the goal of revising the Quality Policy to focus all resources on customer satisfaction, and concurrently reviewing the Quality Management System (QMS) following the renew audit for the SRPS conducted by ClassNK on March 13, and the annual audit by FMS on February 19, SCCM Director – Capt. Cao Xuan Hoan – chaired a comprehensive review session and officially announced SCCM’s new Quality Policy.

    During the meeting, QMR based on the recommendations from both audits, relevant QMS procedures were revised, updated, and officially implemented.

    The QMR of SCCM briefed all staff on the recent changes to the QMS, highlighting the significance of revising the Quality Policy towards a customer-centric approach as a key and consistent objective throughout SCCM’s future operations.

    Also during this internal training, SCCM management announced the 2025 Quality Objectives, which have been updated to align with the new Quality Policy and will serve as guiding targets for all processes, activities, departments, and representative offices throughout 2025.

    SCCM remains committed to “meet all customer's requirements and satisfaction throughout the quality of products and services.
