For two days, July 10 and 11, 2025, an internal training session for the Top 4 teams of FMS, DCKK, and VTC vessels was successfully held. This event provided an opportunity to review the training content from the Philippines, which Captain Linh and CE. Huy recently attended, under the leadership of FMS.

The program focused on:

• 1. Root Cause Analysis

  2. Injury and illness cases and Recurrence Prevention Measures

  3. Maintenance Plan (Communication between SHIP & SI)

  4. Engine Troubleshooting Cases and Solutions

  5. Latest Regulation

  6. Rust Removal and Painting Skill Improvement

  7. Discussion

At the end of the session, an evaluation of learning outcomes was conducted, from which areas for improvement in future training sessions were identified. SCCM will continue to implement this training content in the Southern region to ensure system-wide consistency.
