To improve seafarers’ foreign language competency, SCCM has assigned seafarers currently on reserve duty to attend an English communication training course at HP English Campus, under VDN Education Co., Ltd.

The course runs from 02 April to 10 May 2026, with participants from various ranks, including Masters, Chief Officers, Chief Engineers, operational officers, ratings, and engine crew.

This practical training activity helps seafarers improve their English communication skills in an international maritime environment and better prepare for their next assignments.

SCCM continues to focus on training and enhancing the quality of Vietnamese seafarers.
